1. Crush the banana and blend it with the milk.
  2. Add the egg and the rest of the ingredients. Mix.
  3. Pour into the bowl. Bake in the microwave (depending on the power of your microwave, allow around 2min 30sec of cooking time, the cake should be slightly firm on the surface).
  4. Unmold onto a plate, add toppings as desired. Enjoy!
  5. Presentation suggestions: For a creamy and crunchy touch, add a some yogurt on the side and sprinkle some Dukkah Brunch on top of the cake. For a sweet craving, add a drizzle of maple syrup, a chocolate or red fruit coulis.
